We are very lucky at Broad Oak to have Kelly Dytham as our full time family support worker and learning mentor. More details about the work Kelly and her team do, can be found in the attached leaflet.

OUR PASTORAL TEAM AT BROAD OAK

Kelly is supported in her role by Mrs Alex Sutton, our Special Educational Needs  and Disability Co-Ordinator (SENDO),  and Mrs Jane Taylor our Nurture and Life Skills assistant.

We work with Operation Encompass in conjunction with Lancashire Police to ensure the safeguarding of all the children in the school. This alerts us to any incident where a child may have been exposed to domestic violence which required police intervention.
